After breakfast, we will come to visit the Grand Palace, an attractive place in Bangkok. The Grand Palace was built following the mixture between European and Thai architecture. Thai people believe that anyone visiting the temple in the Palace will get luck, that is Wat Phra Keo known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. 
 
The Temple of the Emerald Buddha is one of the most important Buddhist temples in Thailand, which shelters a valuable Emerald Buddhist statue. Being different from other temples in Thailand, the temple contains no accommodation for monks but monuments decorated with supernatural landscape and statues.
 
Next to the Golden Chedi, the Pantheon of the Chakri Kings, and the Eight Colored Towers, a living example of classical Siamese Court.
 
Wat Pho is also an particular temple we should not bypass. The temple is regarded as the first university of Thailand, which teaches literature, warfare, archaeology, astronomy, geology, and meditation. Additionally, Wat Pho is also the home of Thai traditional massage thank to numerous massagers trained here.

After breakfast, we will drive to the airport for flight to Chiang Mai. Welcome on arrival and transfer to hotel for check in.
 
Then we will visit the Wat Pra That Doi Suthep, one of the most spiritual temples in Chiang Mai. Constructed in 1383, the temple is linked with the sentence “No visiting Wat Pra That Doi Suthep means no visiting Chiang Mai”. When the sun stop shining is when the temple at its best. 
 
Continue the route to Wat Suan Dok, another impressive temple in Chiang Mai. Dated back from the 14th century, the temple used to be pleasure gardens to the Thai monarchy. Next, we will visit the Wat Jedyod  known as the Temple of Seven Spires before transferring back to the hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Today, we will transfer to the Thai Elephant Conservation Center which was founded in 1993 under Royal Patronage. Currently, the center cares for over 50 Asian elephants scattered in a beautiful forest. The most interesting when visiting here is that you will have chance to learn how to care for an elephant and ride them in the jungle. 
 
 Following the lunch is an excursion back to Chiang Mai with stop at Lamphun dated back to A.D.700. Referring to Lamphun means mentioning about  several ancient and revered temples including Wat Prathat Hariphunchai erected in A.D.1044 and Wat Jamathevi named after a 7th century Queen. Her ashes were interred in the temple.

Driving out of Chiang Mai, we will pay a visit to a traditional Lanna family which continues the traditions of many generations in using teak wood for home-building. You will have chance to apply traditional home recipes on the authentic Northern Thai flavors as well as choose fresh ingredients in the garden for today’s cooking extravaganza. While cooking, let’s talk to the family to understand more about their custom and culture before enjoy an amazing home cooked lunch with them.

After enjoying breakfast, we will transfer to Chiang Mai airport for flight to Bangkok airport where we will connect the flight to Luang Prabang. Welcome on arrival and transfer to hotel for check in.
 
After that, we will enjoy a bicycle excursion to discover Vat Xieng Thong (means “The Golden City”) or Temple of the Royal city, the oldest, most important and most beautiful temple in Luang Prabang. It was built under the reign of the King Setthathirat (1559-1560). The temple is splendidly decorated with carving and mosaics within a picturesque scenery surrounding.
 
Following is short-riding-trip to nearby areas such as Ban Phone Hueang, Ban Aphay, Ban Visun to comprehend the daily life of the locals. We will also visit handmade Photisak silver shop and Minority Art Center. Round off the day with a visit to Wat Phabat Tai, a monastery complex constructed in the 17th century. Here is also the ideal place for you to enjoy the sunset moment.

After breakfast, we will excurse to Khuang Sy Waterfall. On the way, you will see the picturesque landscape of the country with villages and verdant paddy fields. Don’t forget to take some nice photos! 
 
Khuang Sy Waterfall is considered as one of the most attractive destinations in Laos. Visitors reaching here will have opportunity to contemplate the natural beauty. If weather permits, we can immerse into the water, swim for entertainment. That will be absolutely a nice experience to visitors. 
 
We can enjoy a picnic lunch at waterfall or come back to the hotel for lunch in a local restaurant.
 
After a short rest, we will continue the trip towards Pak Ou Cave. Located near the center of Luang Prabang, Pak Ou is not only a particular destination but also a place which shelters historic cultural values. Visiting the cave, you will see that this is the home for thousands Buddhist statues with numerous dimensions. 
 
On the way back to Luang Prabang, we will drop off at Ban Xang Khong and Ban Xang Hai. There will give you chance to observe the manufacturing rice wine “Lao” making process of locals. Certainly, you can sample the wine before we enjoy the sunset on the way cruising back to hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Leaving Luang Prabang after breakfast, we will transfer to the airport for flight to Hanoi. Welcome on arrival and transfer to hotel for check in. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

In the morning, visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday) where the great President Ho Chi Minh rest in peace. We will visit his traditional stilt house and the respected One-Pillar Pagoda, the special pagoda with particular structure.
 
 Leaving here, we will transfer to thousand-year-old Temple of Literature, the famous first university in Vietnam. You will recognize that this is a popular place for Vietnamese students to take commemorative photographs when graduating. This ancient monument is dated back to 11th century and continues mesmerizing visitors alike in its connection with the past and the architecture continued beauty. Its structure combines between the Le and Nguyen Dynasty style. 
 
After a short rest , visit around Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple as well as the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday). Here, you can deeply explore the diversity of Vietnam’s ethnic groups before enjoying a traditional water puppet show performed after the sunset.
 
Transfer back to hotel. Meals on your own and take a sound sleep for the following day!

After breakfast, we will leave Hanoi for a 180-km journey to Halong Bay, one of UNESCO World Heritage site with its 3000 islands located in a background of limestone in Gulf of Tonkin. Coming to Halong, visitors will be impressed with the beauty of natural achievement and many wonderful types of scenery. 
 
You will enjoy an overnight cruise on a wonderful boat floating on Halong Bay and savouring special menu of fresh seafood will absolutely bring you the best moment you have ever had.
 
You will be served with lunch and dinner on boat. Overnight onboard.

You are recommended to wake up early in the morning on this day because that is the most wonderful time for you to contemplate aquamarine water of the bay at its best. Once satisfied with the tea break, you will continue the onboard excursion through impressive limestone surrounding the bay. Don’t forget to take some nice photos of this unique land.
 
Returning to the Harbour, we will transfer back to Hanoi Airport for flight to Danang. Welcome on arrival and transfer to hotel in Hoian for check in. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

We will head to My Son, a concentration of abandoned and partially ruined Hindu temples constructed between the 4th and the 14th century AD by the kings of Champa. In this period, the valley at My Son was a site of religious ceremony for kings of the ruling dynasties of Champa, as well as a burial place for Cham royalty and national heroes.
 
Arriving here, let’s try to keep calm in the presence of its impressive beauty and listen to many attractive stories about historical and cultural values of this Holy Land.
 
Transfer back to Hoian, we will start a walking trip with our tour-guide around the attractive Hoian port town. In 16th century, Hoian used to be the national trading center for East-West commercial itinerary. It seems to be the assembly point for diversity of ancient streets and homes. Particularly, the quaint cobblestone streets with more than two-century-old Chinese houses are indispensable subjects to visit and explore.
 
Deliberately walking here, you will see the ancient houses built following the Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures along the narrow lanes. The 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge built by Japanese merchants in 16th century, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, and the local fish market are some indispensable places that you should visit in Hoian. Let’s stop off at a tailor-made shop to get yourself a favourite clothes/suits/dresses done in just few hours.

In the morning, we will transfer to visit Angkor Thom (means “Great City”) which was built in the late of 12th century under the reign of King Jayavarman VII. This place was the final and the most long-lasting capital of Khmer Empire. With an area of 9 square kilometers, Angkor Thom contains many temples erected in the former ages by Jayavarman and his latter generations.
 
In the heart of Angkor Thom is the National Temple of Jayavarman, the Bayon Temple with many other relics around the Victory Plaza. An excursion here will give visitors chance to observe many ancient sculptures. 
 
We will continue to visit the ancient monastery Ta Prohm. The Ta Prohm Temple, which was built in 1186 particularly for the mother of King Jayavarman VII, used to be home of more than 12.500 people, including 18 priests and 80.000 Khmer people. However, the collapse of Khmer Empire leaded to the current situation of Temple: left fallow and covered by tropical forests. 
 
After enjoying lunch in a local restaurant, we will continue the exploration in Angkor Archaeological Site and discover Angkor Wat Temple, the largest and most beautiful Temple in Angkor Archaeological Site. Constructed in the 12th century (1112-1152) under the reign of Suryavarman II in honour of Vishnu, Angkor Wat is currently the soul and symbol of the Cambodian Nation and appears on the flag of the country. UNESCO recognized Angkor Wat as a World Heritage, which needs preserving.
 
With many embossments surrounding this religious monument, it describes the legend of Hindu divinities and an immortal life. Visitors will easily notice an disproportionate scenery of squares, stairs, towers and imagine the magnificent age of Khmer Empire. Different from other temples in Angkor, Angkor Wat is still an important Buddhist work and home for numerous Buddha statues although it used to be left fallow in 15th century.

Visa:
You will require a visa to enter Vietnam. Your consultant will be happy to advise you on visa requirements.
 
Passport:
Please ensure that you have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining after your return date. You will also need at least one blank page for each of the countries you are visiting.
 
Booking Procedure:
Only once you are completely happy with any holiday itinerary we create for you will we ask for a payment. In order that we can secure availability for your booking we would typically require a deposit of 30%.
 
Money Exchange:
The official currency of Thailand is the Baht (THB).
The official currency of Cambodia is the Riel (KHR). 
Unofficially however, US currency (US$) runs the country and is the currency you should bring, mostly in cash - notes should be 2006 series onwards. Clean bills in small denominations are most useful. Notes should be 2006 series onwards. Torn, dirty or old notes, as well as the $2US note will be refused in most businesses. ATMs are available in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap and also dispense in both KHR and US$. 
The official currency of Vietnam is Dong (VND).
Some establishments will accept US currency (USD), but usually only for large purchases and in some restaurants and hotels that cater to tourists. It's not possible to exchange Vietnamese Dong outside the country, so convert or spend all your Dong before leaving.
The most convenient and cheapest way to obtain local currency in is via an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). ATMs are now available in most towns and visa cash advances are available in major banks. The use of credit cards is restricted, mainly to major hotels. Foreign currency notes that are old, torn or faded can be very difficult to exchange; clean bills in small denominations are most useful. Traveller's cheques are unacceptable to change. 
 
Tipping:
If you're happy with the services provided a tip - though not compulsory - is appropriate. While it may not be customary to you, it's of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry across many Asia destinations. Although can be difficult to source we advise you to carry small notes of local currency each day to make tipping easier. Please note we recommend that any tips are given directly to the intended recipient by a member of your group as our group leaders are prohibited from collecting cash for tips.
The following amounts are per person suggestions based on local considerations and feedback from our past travelers:
Restaurants: Local markets and basic restaurants - round your bill up to the nearest US$1. More up-market restaurants we suggest 10% to 15% of your bill.
Local guides: Throughout your trip you may at times have a local guide in addition to your tour leader. We suggest US$2-US$3 per day for local guides.
Drivers: You may have a range of drivers on your trip. Some may be with you for a short journey while others may be with you for several days. We would suggest a higher tip for those more involved with the group, however we suggest US$1-US$2 per day for drivers.
Please don't tip with coins, very small denomination notes, or dirty and ripped notes. This is regarded culturally as an insult.
