La Verticale is a four floor French style building, built in the 1930s and located on Ngo Van So street. The restaurant was established by foreign chefs with many years experiences in the Metropole Didier Corlou hotel two years ago. From the dishes to the design of the restaurants represent the culinary culture of France and Vietnam. There are some typical French meals like fresh groose liver stewed in a bain-marie with tropical fruits, duck cocked in all ways: simmer, roast, with citronella and fruit sauce… You can also observe the operation of the chefs in the ground floor. The 1st and 2nd floors are dedicated for guests to take their meal, and the terrace is the perfect place for an open-air coffee. All the floors are simply decorated, but very subtle, aesthetic.
