Hai Van Pass
Hai Van Pass is about 496m above sea level, which is renowned as the most majestic pass in Vietnam. For more than 700 years, Ha Van Pass is not only famous for the main blood of Vietnam transportation, but for its attractive beauty. Standing on Hai Van pass, you can have a perfect panorama of Lang Co Beach, ranges of mountains and Lang Co fishing village faraway. The beauty of Hai Van Pass is so magic: the winding roads for vehicles along mountain’s slopes, white clouds covering the pass. All of that attracts everyone at the first visit.
Bach Ma National Park
Bach Ma National Park is a must-see place when you take a trip in Lang Co Beach. The park has a biodiversity of flora and fauna. It is home to 2,147 species of plants and 1,493 species of animals, including many rare species listed in Vietnam Red Book. The space of Bach Ma National Park really brings everyone more harmonious with nature. In summer, there are many native flowers bursting out, which make highlights for the forest such as the violet of sim flowers and azalea, various colors of orchids along trails. Hiding under old trees’ shades, The ponds and waterfalls to rear up the life of creatures in the forest.
Vong Hai Dai is the highest peak of Bach Ma National Park, where visitors can gaze out the beautiful landscapes from high altitude and Lang Co Beach in front of the park.
Lap An Lagoon
Lap Am Lagoon is surrounded by Bach Ma Mountains with an area of 15km2. The lagoon attracts photographers because of its enchanting beauty in sunset. Local people make use of the lagoon for farming oysters – a specialty of Vietnamese. Vehicles’ broken tires are fixed in the shallow parts of water by bamboo tubes. After that, oysters come and grow.
When the tides withdraw, local people can catch sea cucumber – a sea animal with high values of nutrients, on the sand dunes.
