Sung Sot Cave
Placed in Bo Hon Islet, Sung Sot Cave is well-known as the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay with an area of 10,000 m2. An interesting thing is that visitors have to go trekking under a lush forest in order to be reachable to this cave. Sung Sot cave is divided into 2 parts: the fist compartment like a big opera house with colorful stalactites. The second one has ability for containing thousands people insides, which offers a overwhelming feeling for every tourist.
Trinh Nu Cave (Virginal Cave)
Local people often gossip a mysterious story about the original name of Trinh Nu Cave. A long time ago, a rich man obliged a beautiful girl for being his wife. Due to the disagreement of the girl, the man imprisons the girl in a wild islet. For a short time, she turns into a rock in the islet’s cave due to exhaustion. After that, the ancient people call it as Virginal Cave.
Dau Go Cave
Dau Go Cave is on 27m above sea level with about 2 millions of years as regards its formation. It brings a primitive atmosphere, serene and wilderness that everyone can recognize when stepping into the cave.
Thien Cung Cavern
Thien Cung Cavern owns a magnificent beauty as a magic picture drawn by nature. On limestone blocks, there are various shapes created by the erosion of water for thousands of years such as birds, fish, daily activities of human… Hanging on the cavern’s ceiling, stalactites showcase the splendid beauty of nature, which make a strong impression for visitor at the first time. At the end of cavern, stalactites reflect the natural light with lively color. Besides, Thien Cung Cavern also has small ponds with blue water and the gurgling sound of streamlet.
Ti Top Island
Although Ti Top is only a small island compared to the large area of Ha Long Bay, this destination attracts visitors by serene and tranquility. You can try to discover the beautiful landscape of the surrounding area by hiking to the mountain top of Ti Top island. Or you can sunbath on the white sand stretching along the island.
