There are 3 options to choose from to obtain a visa for Vietnam.
1. 100% autonomy, directly from a Vietnamese embassy abroad prior to departure
In this case, you are in charge of obtaining the visa and carry out the request to a Vietnamese embassy abroad within a timescale allowing time to receive the visa prior departure.
2. With our assistance, directly from a Vietnamese embassy
Hello Vietnam Travel can obtain a visa authorization for you that will be processed by the Immigration Ministry in Hanoi. To have such authorization, you must send us the details of your passport (name, surname, date of birth, passport number, nationality, profession, issuing and expiring date of the passport).
Hello Vietnam Travel will send the authorization to the Vietnamese embassy of your country and when ready, you will be able to collect it before your departure to Vietnam.
You still have to pay for the visa fee when you collect it at the embassy. Time needed for the entire process is around 15 days.
3. With our assistance, visa on arrival
Hello Vietnam Travel can take care of the visa procedure upon your arrival at the following airports: Hanoi, Danang, Saigon. We will arrange a visa letter according to your passport inofrmation and send it to your email before departure.
Note: for children under 12 in Vietnam:
If a child is present on the passport of its parents, the child won’t have any fee, but it is still necessary to give all the information about him/her in order to apply for a visa authorization.
