In July 2003, Nha Trang Bay officially recognized and ranked as one of the 29 most beautiful bays in the world with Halong Bay.

Ninh Van is a beautiful island in the Nha Trang Bay complex island, located about 60km from Nha Trang in the Hon Heo peninsula of Ninh Hoa district, Khanh Hoa. Ninh Van island is considered as a commune island due to no road; the only way is the marine transport from Nha Trang. It takes about 18 minutes by boat from the city of Nha Trang.
By speedboat towards the shore, although Ninh Van is not a luxury and magnificent resort as common, the landscapes here are natural and primitive. Vinh Hy Bay is situated in the Vinh Hy village, Vinh Hai district, Ninh Hai province, about 40km from the center of the Phan Rang city (Ninh Thuan). In the southeast of Phu Yen map, there is a peninsula looking like a bird with a sharp beak. This peninsula is formed by the Vung Ro mountain that makes some high and steep cliff to the sea as the Mao and Ba cliff, and the La cliff in the south.
Vung Ro Bay’s area is about 1,640 ha in the sea with over 12 small beaches: Bai Lach, Bai Mau U, Bai Nga, Bai Chua, Bai Chan Trau, Bai Ho, Bai Hang, Bai Lau, Ban Nhan with the picturesque landscape for visiting.
