Situated ideally on a peaceful street in the centre of Sapa Town, Chau Long Sapa Hotel looks like a red-stone castle offering the amazing panorama filled up with Hoang Lien Mountain Range and Fansipan Mountain, roof of Indochina. Chau Long Hotel is constructed from stone and wood of which colour is mixed with green of mountains and immense fields around. From hotel balconies full of flowers, customers also can see some simple village scattering around the fields that creates the one-off picture.

Complaints or Comments:
 
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately
