I was on a tour package with Hello Vietnam Travel. So, I had some days free in Hanoi before my departure and made the decision to fill the gap with a day trip called “Hanoi, the traditional village”. Bat Trang ceramic village with a huge diversity of products in all forms and dimensions was without doubt the highlight of the day. Visitor here do also have the chance to create their own products and take it home. After some winding streets in the village did we arrive in a small workshop with a tradition in ceramic painting. The art was so gigantic so our guide explained us that they are painted step to step and will be joined together at the end. I am glad that I took the tour at the last minute.

There are not enough words existing in the vocabulary to describe our amazing trip with Hello Vietnam. Phuong Anh – the nice guy I exchanged emails did such a great job. At first, we were warmly greeted in Hanoi. Our most memorable experience may be the mesmerizing excursion in Halong, where we stayed overnight on the cruise. Halong bay truly deserves the title world heritage and should be a must in your tour to Vietnam. Our trip was only planned for 9 nights, but it brought us the opportunity to contemplate and discover the daily activities in different places like Hue, Hoian, Ho Chi Minh city,…The hotels were perfect, great location und tasty breakfast. Best trip ever!

My partner and I travelled to Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in May this year and had a wonderful time, especially the tour was organised by Hello Vietnam Travel in Vietnam. We enjoyed it very much, since we planned our trip back home, we were not really sure about using a travel agent to organise our trip or do it ourself. But we decided to book different packages in different countries but Hello Vietnam Travel gave us very good impression and we are very very happy with their services from the pick up at the airport, the hotel in Hanoi, the day trip in Hanoi and to Ninh Binh then the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay. The guide is excellent and he helped us to understand more about Vietnamese’s culture and its people. We will definitely choose to use Hello Travel Vietnam again when we come back next year to explore the rest of the country.
